Thoughts are crowing bells
Do we stay home?
Or go into the world
Explore shores,
Or the forest?
Should we talk?
Or stay gagged?
Like a fallen warrior?
Do we choose Calypso?
That loyal, and fair lady?
Or Circe,
That woman
On Odysseus’ journey?
Thoughts are crowing bells
Like a haunted warrior.
They are nature’s fluid enterprise;
Seeking identity,
Between Calypso and Circe,
Calypso or Circe.
